Jamie Arispe
Jamie never envisioned herself in aviation until her husband Anthony, an A&P and IA, suggested one day in 2016 that she take some lessons "just for fun" so she could have a better understanding of what he did for a living.
Things escalated quickly from there, and, by 2020, she had ditched her "real job" to pursue aviation full time, was living at an airport, became a flight instructor and started her own flight school. Jamie also serves as Treasurer on the Aero Country Property Owners’ Association Board of Directors.
When she's not managing the school, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family the lake.

Caleb mundt
Caleb wanted to be a pilot ever since he was little and took a Young Eagles ride in Milwaukee, WI. That hooked him, but he didn’t do anything aviation-related until he was in college, when he worked at an FBO and earned his Private. He has a B.S. in Music Education and taught Middle School band and General Music for 6 years before deciding to career change and move to Texas. He completed the rest of his ratings and is excited to jump into flight instructing full-time. Outside of flying, he enjoys reading, music, and spending time outdoors.

Manolo Centeno
Manolo is a Gold Seal CFI with over 20 years of experience in the airline industry, including ground training in a Part 121 airline, flight operations, IT, operations planning and analysis, financial planning and analysis, and revenue management. He became a private pilot in 2018, and his commitment to professionalism has led him to his instrument, commercial, CFI, CFII, commercial multi-engine, and ATP ratings.
At Airplanes & Attitude, Manolo provides expert guidance on flight training standardization and instructor development. He ensures that training programs align with best practices, enhance instructional quality, and support the professional growth of Flight Instructor. Additionally, he assists with IT system support to improve training operations.
When Manolo isn’t refining training standards, he enjoys flying, spending time with family, traveling, and cooking- Especially Grilling!
LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Holly Dyer
At the age of 14 Holly was taken for a ride in a helicopter in California. The pilot allowed her to take controls, and after that, she knew she wanted to fly professionally. Holly realized her dreams of flying in 2018 and has been instructing ever since. When she is not sharing her love of flying with others, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, working on her plane, raising chickens and gardening.

Parker Dunlap
Ever since Parker was old enough to remember, his father always took him to every airport he could find! His father’s passion for aviation began to rub off on him. That eventually turned into flying with his father and getting his ratings. Parker holds his CFI and CFII licenses and loves helping people achieve their aspirations in aviation. When Parker is not flying, he enjoys the outdoors, golf, and hanging out at the airport.

KIRILL KUZNETCOV
Kirill moved to the US in 2014 to pursue “The American Dream”! Before becoming a CFI, Kirill worked in many different industries trying to find his passion. For the last seven years, he’s been working as a select hockey coach for various youth teams in DFW area. He never thought about career in aviation until his friend took him flying one day in 2021. Since his discovery flight, his goal has been become an international pilot for a major airline.
In his free time Kirill likes to travel and spend time with his family. His love for his two children is what drives his passion for being the safest pilot possible. During lessons, he emphasizes good decision making and risk management. His motto is: “Safety first and foremost”.

LOGAN GORSKE
Logan grew up right here in Texas and attended college at Oklahoma State University. He had never thought about flying until his friend took him up one time. Since then, he has been hooked! He has been flying for 4 years now and has never looked back.

STERLING GAFFORD
Sterling served 7 years in the Marine Corps as a KC-130 Airframes Mechanic and was deployed twice under OIF and OEF I/OEF II. After getting out of the Corps, he established his own food truck and catering business which still operates in the DFW area as he focuses primarily on his career-goals in aviation. Aside from these two main projects, Sterling has been a film and stage actor since Middle School and will still pick up a gig here and there when he's not coaching his son in basketball or instructing.

Daniel Kaphingst
For as long as Daniel can remember, he has always been fascinated with airplanes and the idea of flying. At 16 years old, he joined the Tango Thirty One Aero Clube, had his first flight, and knew he had to become a pilot. He now holds his CFI and CFII certificates and loves sharing his passion for aviation with others!

PAIGE Kirkland
Paige started her aviation journey wanting to become a flight nurse. After working as a travel nurse for a couple of years Paige decided to take a discovery flight. Since then she decided to make the switch from working on the plane to flying the plane. She has obtained her
CFI, CFI-I, MEI, and has been instructing ever since. When she is not flying, Paige still continues to work as a nurse, travel and run a non profit to educate middle school students in their path of aviation.

BENJAMIN RIGGS
Ben grew up local to DFW, where his dad took him for airport picnics and to local airshows.
Ever since, he's wanted to do nothing but fly!
Ben attended Texas A&M University where he studied weather, geography, and was a proud member of the Corps of Cadets and Fightin' Texas Aggie Band.
Ben worked at the Airport FBO in College Station during his flight training before moving back up to DFW and has found his home at Airplanes and Attitude.
When he's not flying, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, playing board games with his friends, painting model aircraft, and competition shooting sports.

Anthony Arispe
Anthony is the owner of Airspeed & Attitude, the avionics and maintenance shop where our fleet reside. In addition to being an IA and A&P, Anthony is also a pilot. He maintains the aircraft that both he and his wife (Jamie) fly.

Jonathan Pallmann
Jonathan has been passionate about aviation since he was 4 years old and cemented his love of Aviation on his 15th birthday, when he had his first discovery flight.
Currently, he is pursuing his Commercial Pilot Certificate at Airplanes & Attitude. While he loves flying, he also enjoys spending time with his loved ones, bodybuilding, and cooking - especially grilling better than Manolo!
